Foreman Charters' Terms and Conditions |
Be aware that terms and conditions vary with each individual trip, as Foreman Charters is responsible for abiding by the policies of various hotels and ticket providers whose services are utilized. For full terms and conditions of each tour, contact the Foreman Charters office.

Foreman Charters accepts cash, check, money order, VISA, and MasterCard.
If a trip is cancelled more than seven days prior to departure, there is no penalty. However, if a trip is cancelled less than seven days prior to departure, there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per bus.
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available by request through Foreman Charters' office.
A minimum number of travelers is required for tours to operate.
The ability to carry alcohol on the motorcoach must be approved at the time of booking.
Foreman Charters' drivers reserve the right to terminate the trip at any time if problems occur due to alcohol usage.
During the Minnesota Vikings tours, a 6-pack cooler is automatically permitted.
Glass bottles and tobacco products are not allowed aboard the coach.
Foreman Charters' drivers and escorts reserve the right to handle problem situations in any manner necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of other tour participants.
Foreman Charters will not be responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Commercial motorcoach drivers are governed by federal regulations regarding miles and the number of hours they may drive in a given amount of time. All tours and charters are planned to conform to these regulations.
All tour participants are expected to abide by any further terms and conditions specific to their tour. These specific policies are available through Foreman Charters' office.

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Foreman Charters will cancel a tour entirely when roads are closed by local law enforcement officials. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the amount that Foreman Charters and Tours obtains from the vendors.
If a tour does occur but a participant is unable to meet the motorcoach due to weather conditions, no refunds will be guaranteed. However, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers involved in the tour. The tour participant will be issued any partial or full refunds that Foreman Charters recovers. If the company is unable to obtain any refunds from the suppliers, no refunds will be issued to the tour participant.
In the event that a tour is stranded on the road due to severe weather conditions, tour participants will be responsible for their own hotel accomodations and any other miscellaneous expenses, such as meals, that may occur.
It remains to Foreman Charters' drivers' discretion when to halt a tour due to weather conditions.
